Great pool area

Food and servic on top level very friendly staff

Layback, not too bad with service.

Their management level don't even understand english. They sent me an email stating that they have revecive the bank transfer or something, but next moment when I call in why my dad wasn't allow to check in They meant that they haven't recevie the money or bank transfer. Wth totally opposite from email. Called booking.com the person told me they might have made a mistake in their email sent. So tried to pay on the spot!!! what's best they do not accept any credit card!!!!!!! Clap for the boutique hotel.

Clean and peaceful place with nice swimming pool in the center. The birds were a pleasant and relaxing surprise.

A suggestion: equipping and decorating the apartment a bit further would be welcome.

A spacious room which was clean and fair order. Furniture is dated and the kitchen had very limited stock of utensils, pots, pans, etcWe asked staff for pots, pans and we were given one of each.

The kitchen should be better stoked for preparing meals, etc.

Breakfast was outstanding. I really enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice and plate full of fruit. Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly, they went out of their way to please the guest. AC was superb and was an icebox. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Work on redoing the kitchen. It needs some upgrades. Thank goodness we didn’t need to cook anything.

Nothing everything was perfect

We don’t recommend this place at all.

We arrived 3 am and we were hoping to get a good rest, but The aircon wasn’t working, they put us in the back intensively stinky corner of the property (even other rooms were empty), our room was facing the wall. The pool was green.

All facilities very good … separated bedroom with living room very practical … nearby masjid about 6 mins walk … full kitchen utensils are superb and can cook happily good for Muslim who concern about food .. 6 mins walk to masjid … convenience store also working distance

Need to change the electric kettle … it’s bit rusty

No restaurant on site, no facilities to get food or drink while relaxing by the pool. You could order food and drink to the hotel but it’s not the same

After my experience with VIDI, I can say that it was my best place in Bali. The apartments are spacious, with a kitchen, fridge and freezer, a living room with a TV, as well as the bedroom, which in my case had access to the terrace with a view of the entire hotel with the pool. Every day I had the opportunity to have my room cleaned. The cleaning of the room is excellent, the cleaning is of high quality. The breakfast I had as part of my stay was very good and the portion was always large. It was possible to choose breakfast from three sets of meals, where together it was roughly possible to choose from about 18 variants of breakfast and various other combinations. As for the approach to the guest - in one word, great! Immediately after my arrival, the best worker Mrs. Putu Diwa and her team took care of me and made my whole stay very very pleasant and helped me arrange a lot of things or give advice. Many thanks to the entire VIDI Boutique hotel team. I will remember you and I believe that we have not seen each other for the last time. Ondrej Marek

Lovely staff.

The hotel owner/manager was aggressive towards staff and guests. After checking in, we pointed out the stained and yellowed sheets, and the windows dirty with bird excrement. The staff fixed both promptly and graciously. We were suprised by the restaurant renovation (drilling and hammering until late at the evening), which was not mentioned in the hotel description. Additionally, dogs were barking below us close to midnight, and cigarette smoke traveled through the AC. On the second day, the internet didn't work, and when we asked about it, the owner yelled at us in Balinese (?) and threw money at the reception table. The receptionist translated that the owner wants us to leave. We felt scared, especially our children, and we found another accommodation even though it was past 5pm. p.s. there was no hand soap in the kitchen nor bathroom, no glasses, only coffee cups. Shower set up was low.

AC was not too cool at first but the staffs were helpful with that.

I have travelled to many countries and by experience this was among the best relaxed stays. No noise, the swimming pool was nicely maintained, the bed was comfortable, food was tasty, staff very courteous, stove for some cooking and utensils as well.. definitely will stay again.

Vegetarian options to be made available as the menu was full of non veg.

The hotel staff was very nice and kind. We arrived earlier then our check-in date and they gave us a room even without additional payment. The hotel is very cosy and quite. Most of the time you feel like you’re the only people staying there even it’s almost full. Suite has 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Nice balcony if you prefer staying up. Its clean. They make nice omelette for breakfast. Again the staff is doing more than they could, special thanks to Putu Diva. Overall everything was beyond expectations.

There was some noise from construction around but it didn’t bother us too much.

I stayed here for 5D/4N for my work trip during G20 event. The location of the hotel is perfect, which is near Nusa Dua. Service by staff are wonderful.
